1. Service

Cook's Drone Works ("Operator") will perform a thermal drone search to locate and, when feasible, recover a person, livestock, pets or wild game at the location provided by the Client. RECOVERY IS NOT GUARANTEED.

2. Fee

The call-out fee is $250. This includes up to 2 hours of on-site recovery time, starting when Operator arrives. Each additional hour is $100. Travel beyond 20 miles of Dobson, NC may incur extra charges.

3. Deposit & cancellation

A $125 deposit is required to book. It is non-refundable if Client cancels before Operator arrives on site. If Operator cancels for weather, equipment, or safety reasons, Client may reschedule or receive a full refund.

4. Site access & safety

Client must ensure legal access to the search area and disclose known hazards. Operator may refuse or abort the search if conditions are unsafe or unlawful.

5. Agreement

By submitting this form and typing their full name, Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
